31 Scriptures To Pray For The Church And Missions

31 Scriptures To Pray For The Church And Missions is a collection of Scriptures that can be prayed for the church, the underground persecuted church, and missions in general.

If you feel you would rather only pray for one aspect like the persecuted church these Scriptures can also be used to put your prayers together, but I will also encourage you to get involved with a mission organization like Open Doors.

Jesus said in Matthew 16:18 “On this rock, I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.”

I put this article together in this way because I know a lot of people are not involved in a specific church, yet they love and serve the Lord with all their hearts.

This post is for them and others who want to pray and intercede for the church and missions in general, and I pray the Holy Spirit will minister to you as you read through these Scriptures.

In addition to these Scriptures add to your daily prayers to also pray for their protection and provision.

It is my prayer that you will hear the soft whisper of the Holy Spirit ministering to you while reading through these beautiful Scriptures.
